Eduardo Sorensen
Born in Chile in 1976, specialist in underwater photography in cold environments such as the Patagonian fjords. Has been on multiple journeys along the extensive coast of his native country documenting its rich marine life, including several visits to the Eastern Island, and to the Juan Fernandez Archipielago.
Since 2008 has been working in collaboration with the N.G.O. OCEANA, with the purpose of widespreading and helping through his photos to protect the still unknown marine eco systems hidden in Chile.
Has worked as underwater photographer in the Pacific Ocean expeditions organized in conjunction by National Geographic and Oceana to Salas y Gomez Island in the summer of 2011 and to the Desventuradas Islands in February 2013.
