Carlos Suarez was born in 1969 and is a native of Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands.
The influence of the Atlantic has marked his entire life and this can be seen in his photographs which reflected his fascination with the intense blue of the ocean.
"I have always liked the dive and photography. Living on an island in the Atlantic caused me a great curiosity about everything related to the sea. This has led me to spend many hours in the water. Suddenly, I felt the need to reflect the wonders that contemplated under water and that seems almost impossible to describe in words and I started to make photos"
