UWP: NADIA CHIESI

Nadia Chiesi, I am born in Reggio Emilia in 1969 and live in Bagnolo in Piano. I began scuba diving in 2000,  year in which I got the first diver certificate.

A like travelling in general and always fascinated by the sea.
I attended  some  diving  courses till I got  Rescue Padi certification.

As I am really fond of the seabed, in 2008 I began taking the first small compact automatic camera under the sea, which allows me to remember those beautiful moments.

In 2011 I attended a course in underwater photography in Rapallo, after I had bought an advanced compact camera.

During the same year I started to take part in some national competitions of underwater photography.

I share passion for scuba diving and photography with my husband, my biggest supporter.

Since 2000 till today I dived in in Italy, Egypt, Spain, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Micronesia, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Sudan.

Nadia Chiesi nasco a Reggio Emilia nel 1969 e vivo a Bagnolo in Piano. Mi avvicino all'attività subacquea nel 2000 anno in cui conseguo il primo brevetto subacqueo.

Amante del Viaggio in genere e da sempre affascinata dal mare, frequento alcuni corsi subacquei conseguendo fino al brevetto Rescue Padi.

La suggestione e l’incanto dei fondali marini, fanno sì che nel 2008 comincio a portare sott’acqua la prima piccola macchina fotografica automatica compatta, che mi consente alcuni scatti ricordo di viaggio.

Nel 2011 dopo l'acquisto di una compatta evoluta, frequento un corso di fotografia subacquea a Rapallo.

Nello stesso anno comincio a partecipare ad alcuni concorsi di fotosub del circuito nazionale.

Appassionata della conoscenza del mare, condivido con il marito, mio fan più accanito, la passione delle immersioni  e della fotografia.

Dal 2000 ad oggi mi sono immersa in Italia, Egitto, Spagna, Indonesia, Malesia, Filippine, Papua Nuova Guinea, Micronesia, Oman, Arabia Saudita e Sudan.

Rui Bernardo, was born in Estoril, Portugal in 1971. Hes a civil engeneerand a underwater photographer has a hobbie. At age of 35 start diving, at age 37 became a underwater photographer CMAS *. In 2009, began participating in competitions "splash in" (in these kind of competitions, software edition of photos it’s not allowed)  for the first time.

Rui uses Nikon cameras, D80 and D300, in Patima and Subal housing. Dive almost all year in Portugal, Sesimbra. Already dive in Azores, Madeira,  Malasya, (Tioman island), Cabo Verde (São Vicente island).
The underwater photography, the sea are their passions. 
Rui Bernardo nasceu no Estoril, Portugal em 1971. É Engenheiro civil de profissão e fotografo sub-aquatico como hobbie. Começou a mergulhar com 35 anos, com 37 anos, tornou-se fotografo sub-aquatico CMAS*.
Em 2009, participa pela primeira vez em competições de fotosub do tipo “splash in” (neste género de competição, a edição de fotos através de software, não é permitido).

Rui usa equipamento fotográfico Nikon, D80 e D300, em caixas estanques Patima e Subal respetivamente. Mergulha em Portugal todo o ano, Sesimbra. Já mergulhou nos Açores, Madeira, Malásia (Ilha de Tioman) e Cabo Verde.
A fotografia sub-aquatica e o mar, são as suas paixões.
